In chapter 217 of World Trigger, we see that Mizukami squad 9 defeats Suwa squad 7. After their defeat, the Suwa squad tries to correct their mistakes for the next match against Mizukami squad 10. After coming up with a new strategy, the team gets ready for their upcoming match, but they lose again. Osamu figures out that they fail because of poor coordination and communication.
To counter all their flaws, the team come up with a strategy to place the tags on the enemy units before ID’ing them. As a start, they decide to assign numbers to them.
Finally, the chapter ends with Suwa receiving a special assignment that asked for putting three or four teams against each other. And Osamu suspects why this question is asked out of the blue.
