New World Server Status and Maintenance Schedule (February 3)

New World server maintenance for update 1.3.1 will be starting soon. Let’s have a look at when the maintenance will exactly begin and when we can expect it to end.

Amazon Game Studios has revealed a few hours earlier that a new update will be available for New World players today. The update is mostly focused on adjusting the community-asked changes as well as fixing a number of bugs.

As patch notes reveal, Update 1.3.1 will update the level-based coin payout at the endgame in order to prevent exploits. Also, the new update ensures that you will no longer lose your decorations and housing items due to a bug.

Now, before you get to download the new patch, there will be a downtime for a few hours at least.

New World Server Maintenance Schedule for February 3

According to an official tweet from New World on Twitter, the game servers will go down on February 3 at 2 am ET/7 am UTC/8 am CET. The downtime is expected to last 2 hours at least, but the developers may extend the maintenance as they have done it a few times previously.

After the maintenance is done, you will be able to download the new update and get back to Aeternum.

Update 1.3.1 features some fixes for a number of weapons, including Void Gauntlet, Rapier, and Ice Gauntlet. Unfortunately, the developer has not shared any details around the file size of the upcoming update.

New World is now available on PC through Steam. Currently, it seems Amazon Game Studios has no plans for launching New World on consoles, though the game has already turned into success on Steam with a huge number of active and concurrent players.
