Tobii In Talks With Sony To Provide PSVR 2 Eye Tracking Tech
Sony Interactive Entertainment and Tobii AB are in talks for the company to provide the eye tracking technology for the upcoming PSVR 2 headset.
That’s literally all we know right now on the subject, with Tobii not commenting any further on the the possible partnership, not closing any financial impact the deal may have.
Sony announced the PSVR 2 last year but did not disclose any details on the device itself, but revealed the new controller would include aspects seen in the DualSense, such as haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.

The format holder later announced the full PSVR 2 specs, which is a massive step up over its predecessor and compares favourable with competing headsets. However, a release date for the new VR device has yet to be announced.
Last week, Sony launched the official PSVR 2 website, allowing gamers to sign up for updates for the device as they become available.
