Lost Ark Bard Leveling Guide

The Bard is one of the 15 classes in Lost Ark available at the EU release. In this guide, we look at the optimal skill progression to quickly level a bard.

Overview of the bard

The Bard is a ranged fighter of the Mage class type. It is a support class that is in high demand in both PvE and PvP.

She brings good splash damage and as the leveling progresses, her single target damage gets better as well. This also allows her to get through the content solo well. In group play, however, she always focuses on supporting her team.

Bard Leveling Build

We’ve broken down the leveling build for the bard into chunks here to make it easier for you to follow. Since you can reskill at any time for free, you can distribute newly received skill points in between without hesitation until you reach the next intermediate step.

As you level up your bard, one of the main things you want to do is increase the stats Crit and Specialization.

The skill progression comes from Lost Ark expert Yaen. Yaen started creating guides for Lost Ark in English years ago and was one of the first to do so. This skill progression arose from his wealth of experience:

Level 12

At level 12 you start with:

• Dissonance (level 4) with melody increase.
• Stigma (Level 4) with conservation buff.

Level 15

• Raise Dissonance to level 7 and choose Law of the Jungle.

Level 20

• Raise Dissonance to level 10 and choose Harmony Enhancement.
• A new addition is audio engineering at level 1.

Level 25

• Raise Stigma to level 7 and choose Brilliant Stigma.
• Raise Sound Engineering to level 4 and choose Noise Concentration.

Level 30

• Reduce Stigma to level 4.
• Level up Sound Engineering to level 10 with Conservation Boost and Concentrated Fire.

Mid-game leveling build Level 34

• Get the Sonic Shock skill at level 4 with Sustained Blast.
• Raise Stigma to level 7 with Brilliant Stigma.
• Gringe Celestial Scale at level 4 with Swift Preparation.

Level 39

• Increase Stigma to level 10 with Pain Marks.

Level 45

• Increase Sonic Shock to level 10 with Shock Boost and Rapid Fire.

Bard level 50 build

At level 50, Beatrice gives you your first Awakening quest. This will give you your first Awakening skill (Symphony) and, with Guardian’s Song, your final Bard skill.
