Peacemaker Episode 6 Recap

In the previous episode of Peacemaker, we find out that Harcourt and Economos already knew about Murn being a Butterfly. Leota is reluctant to trust Murn at first, but Murn tells her all about his species. Murn states that his species came to stay on Earth peacefully. However, their Queen, the butterfly Peacemaker held inside a jar, wants to dominate the planet by taking over humans. On the other hand, the Butterfly inside Murn’s body disagrees with its leader’s plan, so he is working to stop her.

Meanwhile, Auggie Smith gets out of prison and plans to kill his son. And Sophie Song takes the police force to capture Peacemaker for murder. At this time, Smith is with Vigilante, and they try to escape the situation without being arrested. But unfortunately, Vigilante breaks the jar that was holding the leader butterfly, which then takes over Sophie Song. Now, on one side, Murn tells everyone that if they kill the “Cow,” the butterflies will automatically die. On the other hand, several butterflies arrive on the planet and take over the entire police force at the station.

Finally, the episode ends with police holding a press conference and announcing that they found a diary in Peacemaker’s home. In this diary, there’s everything about the Butterfly, and they make it seem like Peacemaker has lost his mind and is killing people thinking they are aliens.
