One of the most interesting aspects of the ongoing Lantern Rite event is the free rewards players will be getting. The rewards include a 4-star character from Liyue as well. Once you complete “The Stars Inscribe the Year’s Wishes” and acquire 1,000 affluence talismans and 1,000 conquest talismans, you will be able to get the 4-star character.
