Death Stranding: Director’s Cut Coming to PC March 30
The latest work from Director Hideo Kojima, Kojima Productions and 505 Games’ Death Stranding: Director’s Cut will make its way to the PC on March 30, 2022.
This updated version of the game will feature higher frame rates, ultrawide monitor support, and a photo mode. It will also make use of Intel’s new Xe Super Sampling (XeSS) graphics technology, and will feature an expanded storyline, new stealth missions and combat abilities, along with additional equippable items, buildable structures, and cosmetic options.

Death Stranding tells the tale of Sam Porter Bridges (played by Norman Reedus), who must deliver supplies to isolated colonies and reconnect them via a wireless communications network. You can read our review of the base PlayStation 4 version here, which we gave a score of 85/100.
The title will come out on both Steam and the Epic Games Store. Note that those that own the original Death Stranding release will be able to update to the Director’s Cut for $9.99.
