How to rename your Pokémon in Pokémon Legends Arceus?

To rename a Pokémon, simply access the satchel menu if the creature in question is at the party, or access the Pasture Area if it is there. Select the Pokémon in question then press A to open the sub-menu which contains the Rename option.

This brings up the Switch’s virtual keyboard to let you type in a maximum of 12 characters. We recall in passing that Nintendo reserves the right to block certain words or expressions deemed too offensive or non-compliant with their criteria for use. You can confirm your choice with the Ok or the + button.

And if you wish, you can easily change your mind later to put another name to this Pokémon.
