When can you play Gran Turismo 7 on PS5? Those who preorder the long-awaited PlayStation exclusive will be able to download the game from February 25, 2022. However, it won’t activate until a couple of weeks later on March 4, 2022.
Last week new Gran Turismo 7 trailer gives racers a taste of what the PS5 version has to offer. The thirty-second clip doesn’t have much depth, nor does it dive into some of GT7’s new and improved racing features. Instead it gives us a quick tour of several PS5 exclusive features.
Adaptive triggers and the DualSense controller’s enhanced haptic feedback will give Gran Turismo 7 some immersive texture when out on the track. You can dial this up by plugging into the console’s 3D audio, the PS5 version also boasting rapid loading times with 60fps gameplay in 4K with HDR.
March 4th will herald the return of racing royalty, promising to be the richest Gran Turismo experience to date. It’s been the best part of decade since the last numbered game in the series, with GT Sport having taken an interesting detour to emphasise multiplayer and encouraging good sportsmanship out on the track.
