How many episodes are left to air?

With the premiere of episode 78 “Two Brothers” on January 23rd, there are just nine episodes left in Attack on Titan season 4 part 2!

The episode count for the final ever broadcast was confirmed by the series’ official Japanese website, as well as the Funimation streaming page for the anime.

If there are no surprise delays or breaks in the scheduled broadcast, the final ever episode of Attack on Titan will premiere on Sunday, March 27th, 2022.

Interestingly, the episode title for the 80th episode has also been revealed to be ‘From You, 2000 Years Ago’. As many fans have pointed out, this runs parallel to the very first Attack on Titan episode, which was titled ‘To You, in 200 Years’.

Season 4 part 2 of Attack on Titan has been an absolute rollercoaster, holy hell. It feels like every episode has had a plot twist worthy of being a season finale.

Fans react to an incredible episode this week…

Arguably the best-ever episode of Attack on Titan, fans are still digesting what was an incredible conclusion to Marley’s invasion of Shiganshina.

From Zeke screaming in the face of Colt, to Falco’s introduction as a Titan and of course, *that* sniper shot from Gabi; we are struggling to remember an episode that featured more ‘cliff-hanger’ moments.

Easily one of the best Attack on Titan Episodes ever! #78

Of course, the devastating image of Eren’s head flying through the air is the topic of conversation for many anime fans on social media today.

This will go down as one of the iconic scenes in attack on titan! The animation is amazing!

However, the vast majority of posts on Twitter aren’t even breaking down the episode like usual. Instead, the global sentiment from the community is one of praise and thanks towards the production team at MAPPA and Isayama, the series original creator.
