The young Natus Vincere (NAVI) rifler, Valerii “b1t” Vakhovskyi achieved the best rookie year ever for a CS:GO player in the history of the game. So during his time away from the competitive circuit, after the 2021 season concluded, b1t tried his hand at titles besides the Valve shooter including Dota 2.

In a recent NAVI vlog, the 19-year-old revealed that though he does not play the game on a regular basis and is not too fond of it, he did practice Dota 2 a bit during the season player break. He went on to share his experience playing the extensive MOBA title, while also naming his favorite heroes.

Star Ukrainian rifler, b1t, enjoyed a fantastic rookie season last year with NAVI winning everything including the PGL Major Stockholm 2021, Intel Grand Slam Season 3, IEM Cologne 2021, BLAST Premier: World Final 2021, and more.

This resulted in him being named the ‘Esports PC Rookie of the Year’ by Esports Awards 2021, while also stealing the ninth position in the ‘Top 20 CS:GO Players of 2021’ rankings by HLTV.

Despite being a rookie, b1t was exceptional with the rifle on LAN tournaments, facing all his opponents unnerved even in front of a live audience at the Avicii Arena during the Stockholm Majors.

B1t revealed that during the offseason, while not indulging in CS:GO, he did practice a bit in Dota 2, “I liked the game and I played some”. When asked about what heroes he liked to play with, b1t responded that he liked to play with Phantom Assassin (Mortred), also Bristleback, and Anti Mage too.

After the break, he arrived at the NAVI bootcamp to train for the 2022 season and that has not started on the winning note the team would have liked. The kings of 2021 struggled at the recently concluded BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2022, as they faced back-to-back defeats against MIBR and Astralis.
