Call Of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone Season Two Officially Coming on 14th February
Call of Duty’s Ranked Play Betas for Vanguard and Warzone Pacific are coming on 14th February with limited-time double XP boosts to celebrate the launch of Season Two. Fresh points of interest in Caldera, Nebula V ammo, several new game modes and a host of bug fixes are planned for the upcoming season. With Season One facing a lot of criticism due to game-breaking issues, Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software are working on addressing the community’s complaints in the upcoming update.
What’s new in COD Vanguard and Warzone Pacific Season 2?
Caldera Clash and Rebirth Reinforced are the two game modes to look out for next season. Call of Duty (COD) is also getting a brand-new type of ammo dubbed the “Nebula V”. They will be available in small quantities throughout Caldera. Balance changes are also expected in the upcoming update but the developers have not finalized the weapon adjustments for Season Two just yet.
Nebula Ammo and Bombs
COD Warzone Pacific Season Two
Nebula V Ammo takes up only a single clip of ammunition, but boosts damage significantly. One of the rarest items in Warzone next season will be the Nebula V Bomb. It is a locked briefcase full of deadly gas with an explosive charge. Once activated and set down in front of an Operator, it will detonate after a fixed countdown and cannot be disarmed or destroyed.
Caldera Clash
Caldera Clash allows Operators to drop in with their Custom Loadouts, which can have any weapons from Modern Warfare to Vanguard, and a Field Upgrade. Each kill earns their team a point. The first team to reach the target points, or the team that has the most points when the time limit expires, wins the game.

Rebirth Iron Trials
Developed by Beenox based on Raven Software’s Iron Trials ’84, Rebirth Iron Trials is a Battle Royale variant custom-made for highly competitive players. The time-to-kill (TTK) for all weapons will be adjusted and the developers are marketing it as a hardcore battle royale mode. The mode will not be available at launch and the developers have promised more information about how the game mode will work in the coming weeks.
In addition to the new content, there will also be map updates, a new season pass, balance changes and more.
When will Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone Pacific Season Two go live?
Players will be able to download the new update for Vanguard at 9AM on 10th February and Warzone will receive its update on 14th February at 9 AM PT. Season 2 for both games will go live on 14th February at 9 AM PT.
