Dying Light 2 Misses UK No.1, Sells The Most Physical Copies On PS5

Techland‘s Dying Light 2 has debuted at no.2 on the UK All Format Charts, with 54% of all physical copies sold on the PS5c compared to 27% on Xbox formats.

The game was held off the top spot by Pokemon Legends: Arceus, which managed to maintain its chart dominance despite sales falling 72% week-on-week. By comparison, the original Dying Light hit no.1 back in 2015, although these days the market is quite different thanks to the rise in digital sales.

Dying Light 2 was released for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One on February 4, 2022. Techland has revealed that issues regarding the PS5 version are being looked into by Sony, including flickering problems encountered by users.
