Edens Zero Season 2 Announced
As spotted by Doc on Twitter, Season 2 of Edens Zero was recently announced in the Weekly Shonen Jump Issue#11. It comes as good news for fans who loved the first season and were worried about the series’ future.
Interestingly, the announcement for the new season was accompanied by a new key visual. In the visual, we can see Shiki, Happy, and Rebecca announcing that they’ll be back with new episodes.

Of course, Edens Zero fans are excited to hear the anime’s renewal news. But it’s important to note that there’s no official release date for Season 2 as of yet.
The first season of Edens Zero was aired almost a year after the anime adaptation was announced. So, if J.C.Staff follows the same pattern, we’ll get another season of Edens Zero by the end of 2022. That said, it’s still too soon to put a pin on a certain release window. We’ll hopefully hear another announcement from the studio or Netflix pretty soon, so it’s best to wait until then.
Also, while you wait for the second season, you can rewatch Season 1 of Edens Zero. The season flaunts a total of 25 episodes, all of which are available to stream on Netflix.
