Fortnite Update 19.20 Downtime Schedule on February 1
Fortnite server maintenance will be starting in less than one hour for update 19.20, and it will have downtime for matchmaking in the game across all platforms. Let’s have a look at when things will go back to normal again.
Similar to previous updates, Epic Games will take down servers for one hour at most to add the new features and changes to the game. During this period, you will not be able to start matchmaking or log in to your account.

Update v19.20 is supposed to go live soon. Although the official patch notes are yet to be shared, data miners suggest that it will bring a new POI as well as unvaulting a few weapons.
Also, there is a high possibility for the announcement of a new big collaboration for Fortnite after this update, which is said to be available on Item Shop as soon as tomorrow!

Fortnite matchmaking will be down today (February 1) from 12:30 am ET/3:30 am ET/8:30 am UTC/9:30 am CET. Only 30 minutes after disabling the matchmaking, the server downtime will start for implementing the upcoming changes.
Usually, the downtime for Fortnite updates doesn’t take longer than one hour. So, you will soon be able to get back to the game and experience all the new content of update 19.20.
Fortnite is now available for free on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, Android, and PC. The game is still unavailable through iOS devices, but with the addition of Fortnite to GeForce Now, iOS will be able to play it again.
Playing Fortnite on PlayStation or Xbox consoles won’t require you to have an active PS Plus/Xbox Live subscription.
