GRID Legends Features Trailer
Codemasters and EA released their GRID Legends features trailer today highlighting the Driven to Glory story mode, global locations, some launch vehicles, race modes, 22 player multiplayer and more.
GRID Legends delivers all-action racing across established and new gameplay options, including a Career mode that boasts over 250 events. The all-new Race Creator allows players to host dream multi-class match-ups and personalize further with weather conditions, time of day, ramps and boost gates. Fresh to the franchise is ‘Driven to Glory’, a gritty motorsport story that combines virtual production technology and gameplay as players compete for the GRID World Series title. The hop-in multiplayer option with cross-platform functionality allows players to connect easily across all platforms and gets them into races without player lobbies and friend requests.
GRID Legends releases on February 25 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Players who pre-order receive the GRID Legends Seneca & Ravenwest Double Pack. Available on launch day, this content unlocks four additional cars for Career events: the Aston Martin Vantage GT4, Porsche 962C, Ginetta G55 GT4, and Koenigsegg Jesko. The pack also features exclusive Ravenwest-focused Career events and exclusive Seneca and Ravenwest team icons, liveries and banners, so players can personalize their vehicles and show them off online.

Even more impressive is the fact that career mode does an amazing job of keeping you informed as the story unfolds, and it makes sure you and the racing are the primary focus. Not once during my time with Grid Legends did I do the obligatory “eye roll” or “insert sarcastic remark” thing. The story played out, and I was happy to go along with it because of how well it was integrated and how quickly the information was relayed to me.
