One of the most important changes in terms of items in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is that the inventory is now quite limited in capacity, and expanding your ability to carry items is going to be vital so that your gathering sessions are not so tedious. At some point in the story, one of the workers inside the Team Galaxy building will talk to you and offer to expand your inventory for a small fee. Once you have passed the event, you will be able to talk to him in the same building, just to the left of the entrance. The NPC’s name is Donko.

The reason this NPC and inventory upgrade is so expensive is that in addition to upgrading items one at a time, the price they charge you is going to be exponential. So that we understand each other:

• The first upgrade costs 100, the second 200, the third 300…
• The increases do not always go up from 100 to 100, but it will be more and more expensive.
