MLB The Show 22 Confirms Simultaneous Online Co-Op, Technical Test Confirmed For Feb. 17
Sony San Diego Studio has announced that MLB The Show 22 will integrate simultaneous online co-op play for the first time in the long-running baseball franchise.
This new feature makes it possible for players to squad up and take part in 2v2 or 3v3 with a selection of MLB and MiLB teams in Play Now mode online or with your card collection in Diamond Dynasty. Players all be able to test out this feature with the MLB The Show 22 Technical Test, which runs February 17 through February 24 in the US and Canada.
It’s open to anyone with a PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. Furthermore, there’s no need to sign up for it, as the Technical Test has its doors open for everyone to participate.
We want to deliver the best version possible of MLB The Show 22 and to do that we need everyone’s help to stress test the servers, online match-making, cross-platform play, online co-op, and more in addition to gathering feedback on gameplay. The best news? No need to sign up, it’s open to everyone.
