Nacon Acquires Daedalic Entertainment

Nacon has made a rather large acquisition as more and more publishers are looking to add developers to its roster. The latest is Daedalic Entertainment, the current developer on The Lord of the Rings: Gollum and Deponia. The deal is said to set Nacon back about €53 million (around $76.5 million CAD) and the agreement will include 100% of the share capital and voting rights of Daedalic Entertainment.
