Sony to acquire Destiny and Halo creator Bungie for $3.6 billion

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) has announced its plans to purchase the house of Destiny, Bungie, for $3.6 billion USD. The deal comes nearly two weeks after the bombshell announcement that Microsoft would acquire Activision Blizzard.
