WHAT THE GAME NEEDS

Shroud of the Avatar is a free-to-play fantasy themed MMORPG designed by Richard Garriott. Unfortunately, it did not become a successful MMORPG like Ultima Online because of various reasons.

Right now, Shroud of the Avatar has a handful of super dedicated players and they’re the ones keeping the server up and running. For how long can they keep the game from shutting down? I don’t know.

What the game needs right now, according to the game’s lead developer are more players. The game doesn’t need to improve. It doesn’t need to fix anything. What it needs are players.
